Phoenix Guild Command auto-saves edits in your browser. Export a full backup before moving devices or making large changes.
Guild Ships
Three placeholder ship slots are ready now. Rename them when your ship names are finalized and assign captains later.
Live Sync Status
The application is now structured for shared cloud synchronization and role-based access. A real live database still requires a deployed backend and credentials. Until connected, this copy stores changes on the current device.
Danger Zone
Reset restores the original Excel-seeded database and removes edits stored on this device.

Guild Branding & Identity
Only the Master of the Black Ledger can change these four live branding layers. Logo files may be PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB. Changes remain previews until Save Settings is pressed.
Financial DefaultsDefaults apply to newly added records. Existing dues, fees, meal costs, and payments are not changed.
Roster DefaultsThe roster rank is used when adding a new member. Dashboard row count is also remembered when changed from the Dashboard.
Application StatusWhen live sync and user authentication are connected, account role and shared database status should be managed by the server instead of the local device.
